warranty, visit our local outlet or contact our salesman by phone or email.
If you purchased with a warranty, return the item safely packed as received. Customers must
pay courier charges for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Tools & IC products cannot be exchanged or refunded. If a tool has a manufacturing defect,
we only repair it (not replace it). Repair times vary based on spare parts availability.
Refunds for accessories will be processed after item inspection. Refunds exclude shipping
charges incurred during the purchase.
Orders are processed within 24 hours to 5 working days. If stock is
unavailable, our salesman will inform you. Refunds take 3-7 working days.
Warranty is void if the product is damaged due to self-repair, sticker removal, physical
damage, liquid damage, manual updates, or failure to comply with product manuals.
